Local FREE Exercise Group
The November Project is a Boston area fitness group founded by two Northeastern University alumni. It was created to provide people with the motivation and opportunity to participate in weekly workouts while having fun and making new friends at the same time. The workouts themselves are challenging but for most people the hardest part is waking up to participate. Every week the group meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 in the morning. After waking up and making it to the location the challenge continues. Monday consists of upper body and abdominal work outs. Wednesday includes running up and down the stairs of the Harvard football stadium. Friday they meet at Summit Avenue in Brookline to run the 0.4 mile hill. At each workout you are given a goal of what to complete but it should not be seen as an expectation or a limit. The November Project can be participated in by every level of physical ability.
